​Kate treats sports and work related injury, chronic body issues, and other soft-tissue ailments. Having knowledge of many massage modalities, Kate integrates multiple techniques into each massage, creating a custom treatment plan for each client. Kate specializes in therapeutic massage, utilizing modalities such as: deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage, stretching, trigger point, and more.​ In addition to practicing massage, Kate is an internationally recognized Afro-Latin dance instructor with over 10 years experience. Her knowledge of dance, body mechanics, and movement gives her a unique and detailed approach to working with massage clients. ​Kate strives to provide a restorative and wholistic experience to all her clients.
