Hellerwork is a series of sessions that align the whole body in gravity by combining structural bodywork, movement education, and therapeutic dialogue. Hellerwork is a form of structural integration involving soft tissue work done on the massage table, exploring to find & release root patterns of pain. We work with movement education to relearn how to move so you do no return to the same pain patterns. We use therapeutic dialogue to learn the language of the body to help you understand and make lasting changes.
