Kristin uses evidence based practices to guide her but also intuitively integrates various techniques in her massage session to bring about the most beneficial, and therapeutic results. Each session is catered to the individual needs of the client and will vary from person to person and also from session to session. Some of the techniques would include but are not limited to: myofascial release, deep tissue, medical massage, energy therapy, NMT, accupressure, and aromatherapy. Kristin offers clinical massage therapy appointments focusing on pain, functional outcomes, and stress management.
