Cindy Maurer, Massage Therapy
Massage therapist
About
My interest in massage therapy started from giving my mom back rubs growing up. She said, “there is just something special about your touch.” Fast forward to 1995 when my father-in-law had pancreatic cancer. While at a cancer center, family members would rub his back but if I was there, he would specifically request that I be the one to do it. It was after this that I started seriously pursuing the idea of becoming a massage therapist. I attended Lancaster School of massage and graduated in 1998. I use many modalities: Swedish, Cranio-Sacral, Polarity, Sports Massage, Myofascial-Release, my own type of Energy Work and, my most recently incorporated technique, Cupping.
