Hello I'm Vaia! I have 15+ years of experience in massage therapy and body-work. I've worked in high-end Spa's and I've attended a variety of schools across the country. I'm trained in Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu,Trigger Point, Sports, as well as light neuro-energetic work like Swedish, Ortho-Bionamy, and Zero-Blancing. I find success with many physical complaints and syndromes head to toe such as Head aches, Chronic pain in the neck, shoulders, and lower back, Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis and more. Implementing a fine balance of technique and pressure in the moment is an art form to me and my passion is to release tension and pain.
