Threshold Bodywork is an accessible, intentional, client-centered massage practice in Portland, OR on unceded Clackamas & Cowlitz land. The aim is to provide rehabilitative yet relaxing work for chronic & acute pain or injuries, create space & ease in joints, & reintegrate the body into a more functional whole. Massage modalities include a blend of deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy & sports massage. All massages are tailored to the preferences and requests of the client. My work is suitable for everyone, but I want to especially welcome our elders, queers, disabled folks, BIPOC, pregnant people, athletes & service-workers!
