I offer Massage Therapy for health, wellness and relaxation. My work is gentle yet firm, based in Swedish massage and can incorporate elements myofacial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, Shiatsu, Reiki, and deep tissue - depending on what is needed for the person I'm working with. My intention is to create an environment that nurtures and supports your optimal wellness through relaxation and stress reduction. Conditions such as accute and chronic pain, anxiety and stress can be alleviated with massage therapy. I also offer Caring Touch for cancer patients or those with severe restrictions.
