Soma Structural Integration (SI) is a process-based approach to somatic education, involving manual fascial therapy, that explores the possibility of change in how you use and experience your body. Through education, awareness, and therapeutic touch, you can release painful, stressful patterns of tension. Effortful habits are replaced with feelings of comfort, ease of movement and posture, and a sense of whole-body coherence. Denise Foster Scott, LMT at Soma Vitality is a Board Certified Structural Integrator and Instructor at the Soma Institute of Structural Integration. She specializes in pelvic floor therapy and intra-oral therapy. She teaches workshops for manual therapists and is a published author. Appointments are schedule only.
