I've been practicing massage in and around Portland for 15 years, and tend to take a more medical/ clinical approach. It's not a soft spa experience- although fairly relaxing, you will feel the massage and its effects. Hydrate before and after :) I specialize in treatment massage: whiplash, chronic pain, repetitive strain, TMJD, carpal tunnel, headaches, sciatica, constipation, and insomnia. I use organic coconut oil in all treatments, and chemical-free laundry detergent.
