Mend is a group of highly skilled bodywork professionals. The Mend practitioners bring years of hands on therapy and expertise to the table. We practice many advanced manual therapies and bring our best to each session. Some of the modalities that are offered are advanced myofascial therapies of the head, neck, jaw, lower leg, ankle, foot, pelvis hips, sacrum and the rotator cuff group. We also offer cupping, sport massage for pre and post performance optimization and recovery, deep tissue to melt away scar tissue, Swedish and pregnancy massage. At Mend we are able to bill your insurance for medical massage and manual therapy.
