It has been my pleasure to serve the Rogue Valley for 13+ years as a massage therapist. At Cascadia Rooted Wellness, I specialize in injury rehabilitation, acute and chronic pain management and stress reduction. Some health insurance is accepted, as is work related injuries and motor vehicle accident claims. Every session is different. I am also a clinical herbalist, providing affordable individualized herbal and nutritional consultation and support, both in person or via zoom. I create customized herbal formulation to support a variety of acute, chronic physical and emotional conditions. I also provide regular community classes on health, nutrition and herbalism and ethnobotanical medicinal plant walks in the Southern Oregon Mountains.
