Somatic Sound Therapy blends several holistic modalities to create a unique and immersive bodywork experience. By integrating sound therapy, somatic awareness, meditation and visualization in a therapeutic bodywork container, we address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of healing. This work can be deepened with a microdosing protocol to assist in creating new neural pathways in the brain while simultaneously establishing more balanced patterns in the body.
