Carol specializes in relaxation and therapeutic massage including techniques such as swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, manual stretching, therapeutic exercise, cupping and tool assisted myofascial release. Through her work as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she has advanced training in working with all stages of pregnancy, chronic pain, pelvic health, rehab from injury, and trauma informed care.
