Providing deep tissue massage to help manage and relieve chronic pain and injuries. Each session is customized for you and your goals or needs, I love to collaborate with my clients to be able to work together for an individually tailored massage! I understand the effects chronic pain can have on people's lives take that seriously, I have 8 years of experience treating pain and helping my clients relieve their pain and regain function. I pride myself on providing a relaxing environment and utilizing a table warmer and hot towels in sessions to provide optimal relaxation. I also provide prenatal massage and am a full spectrum doula, bringing my knowledge of pregnancy and labor to my massages and my knowledge of massage to my laboring clients
