Each session is a full body massage designed to relieve stress and pain, improve circulation, increase joint mobility, encourage healthy digestion, flush toxins, and increase immune function. Whether you are interested in regular preventative maintenance, relaxation massages, or relief from acute or chronic symptoms, I will work with you to help manage and alleviate pain through targeted bodywork. I utilize Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Lomilomi modalities and may incorporate Cupping, Hydrotherapy, and Aromatherapy into your session. I use only the highest quality oils to nourish your skin and ease your mind.
