Heather Bauer specializes in medically-based, therapeutic massage and is drawn to the challenge of treating sports injuries, Motor Vehicle Accidents, chronic pain, and the everyday aches and pains from our daily lives. She utilizes deep tissue therapies, myofascial release, trigger point release, Pin and Stretch, Muscle Energy Technique as well as cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (to name a few) to address all stages of injury, recovery and general wellness.
