I graduated Blue Cliff College as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009. I specialize in Deep tissue massage. Though I offer Therapeutic massage tailored to each induvial client using Deep Tissue (a deep pressure therapy that is applied deep into the muscle to relieve chronic pain, stiffness, and tense muscles. A deep tissue massage can also help with injury recovery by breaking down scar tissue and adhesions in the muscles), Swedish (massage uses long, gliding strokes to promote relaxation), Reflexology (a type of massage that involves applying different amount of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. & Light Stretching (alleviates strain on your joints, Enhanced flexibility, Improved posture, Increased range of motion, & circulation).
