Stacy Lacy, owner, has spent the last 24 years as a professional in the health care industry educating people in ways to improve their health through movement, posture and utilizing 'hands on' manual techniques to decrease pain for her clients. Stacy has an extensive background in the study of human anatomy and physiology and how all systems in the body work in conjunction. She received her education at OSU earning an undergraduate degree in Physiology and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. As a licensed massage therapist Stacy has trained extensively to hone her skills in various modalities. Stacy's heart's desire is to educate the public to take healing into their own hands so that no one suffers from chronic pain.
