I do not provide a "spa day" massage but rather a medical or therapeutic massage. I listen to your body and work on what needs to be worked on. I tend to use medium and deep pressure to release trigger points, fascia and muscular knots. I also will use movement and stretching to work joints. Additionally, during our session I work on clearing energy and making sure it flows throughout the body. If there's something in particular you want to focus on just ask! My hope is to have you leave feeling better than when you came in! :)
