My name is Kat and I am a licensed massage therapist working with active women in the OKC metro. I am certified in modern cupping therapy, fascial stretch therapy, and I specialize in sports massage and deep tissue manipulation. My own self care journey began years ago when I was suffering from chronic back pain. I found that massage therapy and functional strength training were amazing healing tools and I decided to become a licensed therapist to aid others in their healing journey. Sitting with your pain is hard, whether it be physical, mental or emotional. I commend you for your strength and I am here to help. Together we will work holistically to assess the needs of your body.
