I specialize in pain management as well as preventative care using methods of massage, exercise therapy, stretch with NMT/trigger point therapy, and scraping. I work to help you recover, perform better and treat many musculoskeletal conditions like low back/joint pain. Integrating personal training has allowed healing based on individual needs and goals. To Truly Heal is to enhance, relieve and prevent to help you live better, move better and feel better.
