I am Bernadette Brown, Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010 and owner of Targeted Therapeutic Massage. I specialize in upper body pain relief. I treat people who have chronic pain and acute issues mainly in the head, neck, shoulders, and back. Whether you’re a person with “tech neck,” frequent tension headaches, hand and forearm pain or stiffness due to overuse and long periods of typing or repetitive movements, pain and tightness from jaw clenching, pressure, soreness or pain between shoulders, low back pain from sitting or standing for long periods, have high stress or anxiety, or just unable to perform self care.
