Al has been a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 17 years experience. He's a massage therapist for the Cleveland Brown's in addition to owning and operating Kneaded Recovery. He's performed over 30,000 sessions, making him an expert in his field. He's been blessed to have the opportunity to work with clientele ranging from professional athletes, weekend warriors, to injured couch potatoes. Restorative muscle therapy is the combination of therapies Al uses during sessions. His main goal is to help clients achieve pain free movement without the use of pharmaceuticals, using holistic methods, while providing a first rate experience .
