I am an individual massage therapist based in Jackson, Ohio. I provide medical massage services in an office at 731 E Main St, Suite 11 on the back side of the Evans Center. Applying my 17 years of nursing experience to verbal interviews, physical assessments, and medical history review I help develop an individualized plan of care for each of my patients which may include recommended stretches, heat/ice therapies, self massage instruction with demonstration and more. I use several different types of massage techniques and modalities such as: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), cupping, and more. Every patient is different and , therefore, requires an individualized plan.
