I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001 with an associates degree in massage therapy. My passion is to help clients achieve a pain-free and balanced lifestyle. I create a “personalized massage” that integrates all my years of experience and techniques to create the best treatment for you in a soothing environment. My certifications are in: Certified Holisti Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (C-MLD), Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT), Myofascial Release Therapy, Theragun Therapy, and Prenatal Therapy. I also specialize in: Deep Tissue, Headache and Migraine Relief, Relaxation and Swedish Massage. During your massage I incorporate theragun massage, hot stones, stretching and aromatherapy.
