Bekah Showers is a working registered nurse of 8 years, a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer. Her focus is to improve each client’s overall health and wellness through massage, movement and healthy lifestyles. Massage therapy allows a holistic approach to each individual client in achieving their goals. Bekah’s belief is that massage is medicine, movement is medicine, and healthy foods are medicine. She is eager to work with you as we work towards your health and wellness goals. Be True Massage and Wellness is the culmination of a childhood dream of helping people achieve wellness and balance in their life. Bekah decided to pursue nursing in her first career but realized that her true calling was massage therapy
