With over 25+ years of experience, I offer an integration of a variety of advanced and specialized massage and bodywork techniques which addresses health struggles on all levels. Holistic in nature, my approach is based on a wellness model...seeing people as whole, multi-dimensional beings -- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. All are of equal importance and we are at our optimum when each is in balance and in balance with each other. Seeing a need where people could focus on their internal healing strength, where they could learn how to take care of themselves and better handle stress, I offer this place of healing and am committed to excellence as a therapeutic center for health.
