I’m Christine McGowan-Brugger, Licensed Massage Therapist, and owner of Westchester Therapeutic Massage. I offer massage therapy for those seeking relief from stress and chronic pain, specializing in upper body pain as it relates to repetitive use, emotional stress, and chronic pain. I also specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage, and am a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner. A firm believer in the power of preventative care, I want to empower people to take control of their health and to live in a state of ease rather than dis-ease.
