In 2005 I graduated from SUNY Morrisville with an Associates Degree in Applied Science (Massage Therapy). My focus is to create a session that helps you relieve the "stresses" of the world and just relax. We all don't do enough to relax and decompress, which is extremely important to our mental and physical health. I specialize in traditional Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue, prenatal & hot stone. My passion for massage started in high school when I did an internship with a local massage business and the rest is history! Eighteen years later, and I still love what I do!
