I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and certified member of the American Massage Therapy Association. My treatment style is relaxation-focused and informed by modalities including craniosacral, energy work, reflexology and deep tissue. Each session is individualized. My intention is to empower clients to live their best lives; moving toward freedom from pain, relief from stress and holistic balance of mental and physical aspects of the body. Located half of a mile from the beautiful Erie canal and the Village of Pittsford.
