Sciatic pain is so common in today’s world. I have seen these issues over and over in my practice and I am passionate about helping my clients find relief from pain. Each service is customized to help the client achieve the goals they want in that massage. My aim is to use massage as a tool to bring the body back into balance and help people build at home strategies to continue healing. I’m a NYS licensed and registered massage therapist. I’ve spent five+ years in the spa industry and am now focusing on my private practice.
