Through my years of practice I specialize in helping clients reconnect to themselves on a physical and energetic level resulting in more vitality and a deep sense of calm. Breathwork sessions are also available on Zoom to accommodate more clients. I also offer IN HOME sessions locally for those who wish to relax and connect in the privacy of their home, camp or vacation rental. Please call or text for availability.
