I specialize in combining deep tissue and swedish massage with hot stones. Tension is melted away as the stones are placed down the back and all around the body putting you in a complete state of relaxation. They are also used as an extension of my hands. If desired, cupping (stationary or sliding) can be incorporated. Cupping therapy is a form of Chinese medicine that uses suction to focus blood flow in an area. This helps your body flush out built-up toxins through the lymphatic system. Cupping is deeply therapeutic because it creates space in the muscle and fascia layers freeing restrictions and eases stiffness and pain.
