I have been a Liscenced Massage Therapist for over 16 years. I always had a passion to help people on a deeper level. I have found through all my continuing education how to get to the root cause of your pain, symptoms, disease and get your body back into balance. I guide your body into healing through your fascial system (connective tissue). I specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release and Cupping. I work with you on your healing journey to uncover what your body is holding onto and provide a safe place to do so.
