Welcome to Kemt Bodywork (pronounced Ke-Met). Our mission is to help you realize your bodies innate healing ability to restore pain free movement through proper recovery. We specialize in ongoing maintenance, pain management, & musculoskeletal soft tissue injury. During the session, we use Fascial Work, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching, cupping, amd IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) to customize the massage. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior or someone just trying to stay healthy; we want you to continue to do the things you love pain-free.
