Stacy Hughes obtained her certification from The Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2008. She is actively considerate of her client’s goals for each session. The body tells her intuitively where to apply her therapeutic techniques” as each session with her is unique. She uses a combination of medium to firm pressure easing her way into soft tissue. She works with physical limitations to calm the nerves and facilitate healing. You can expect to feel relief from common aches and pains from normal wear and tear.
