Creating health in the body is a goal that is achieved together in a sacred space. She believes that the body can heal itself under the right conditions. She will establish an individualized treatment plan with each client which may include: Hot and Cold Stones, Bamboo Sticks, Cupping, Deep Tissue Techniques, Tensional and Positional Release, Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage, Usui Reiki, Energy Work, and Acupressure.
