As a massage therapist, I value health and rest as well as using our bodies to the fullest! I offer massages that focus on relieving tension, pain and those “knots” that seem to think they belong. We often think we should “walk it off” or just deal with the pain. Day after day hoping it’ll ease up but don’t realize the benefits massage therapy can bring. I also offer massages that focus on relaxation because we don’t stop and rest enough. Everyone would benefit from taking moments where we set down our keys, phones, concerns and pause from our next task. I frequently use stones, cups, hot packs, and hot towels as tools to make your massage amazing and productive. You will find me nestled inside Provision Chiropractic and Wellness.
