Kristina is a graduate from Universal College of Healing Arts. She specializes in sports massage therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and soon to come, Ashiatsu massage. She also performs intra oral therapy and sinus release therapy. She really enjoys helping her clients maintain their performance levels, as well as getting them back to their activity of choice, if they have sustained an injury. She is most happy when her clients feel like they are able to move efficiently, perform at their best level, and feel refreshed and relaxed, after their massage appointments.
