REintegrative Massage offers tailored massage therapy sessions that blend various techniques to address individual needs. CranioSacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing sessions are also available. Rachel has completed the coursework for Somatic Experiencing Institute’s three year certificate program. Somatic Experiencing is a trauma informed, body-oriented therapeutic model that aims to resolve symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. Listening is at the core of how Rachel practices massage and bodywork. She believes in a client-centered approach, where she helps support and facilitate’s each client’s unique healing process.
