Ida is originally from eastern Washington State and graduated massage school at East West college of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. There she studied anatomy, ethics, Swedish, deep tissue, and craniosacral. Practicing since 2016 she has held licenses in multiple states and has hundreds of hours of experience. Swedish and relaxation are her specialties. Working with the nervous system means lighter presser at slower speeds allowing the body to release with more ease and longer lasting results. Massage and bodywork does not have to be painful to be effective.
