I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 16 years of professional experience. I focus on a holistic approach to medicine. I truly believe that physical and mental wellbeing are the most important elements of our presence. All other aspects of life greatly depend on us feeling well. I am a passionate and caring practitioner specializing in deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and myoskeletal alignment techniques. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
