After being in the medical field for over a decade, the thing I consistently learned is if you don't take care of yourself it is difficult to take care of others. Massage is an excellent way to gift yourself with self care. I practice a blend of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Prior to each massage we will discuss what your goal is for the session (i.e. pain relief, emotional support, relaxation). Let this be a place for you to recover physically after a day of recreating outdoors(skiing, hiking, rafting or biking) or mentally after a long week of work.
