I use various techniques and tools to support you in releasing tension, gaining function, and relaxation. In a session, we have the options of using massage, cupping, hot stones, guasha, Neural Reset Therapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution and nervous system regulation, or any combination of those to achieve your goals.
