Michelle uses neuromuscular therapy (NMT) to release muscles, an evidence based therapy utilizing knowledge of the anatomy of the body and specific protocols for individual muscles and muscle groups. Michelle incorporates Swedish/relaxation techniques for a soothing effect as well.
