Sara provides intuitive manual therapy. With over 28 years of experience and extensive training, she efficiently evaluates and addresses your needs. Sara rocket-ships your recovery from athletic or accident-related injuries, including head traumas, from pre- and post-surgical conditions as well as pregnancy, birth and myriad chronic conditions. A craniosacral therapist who has trained with multiple osteopaths, MD's and bodyworkers since 1994, she assesses and treats multiple levels and layers (fascia, structure, viscera, cranial, fluid...). Sara both offers and teaches Usui Reiki. Sara evaluates and treats breathing challenges, teaching as a Registered Breathing Educator certified by Buteyko International.
