I am located just south of Battlefield rd on E Montclair, inside Essential Yoga. Through years of hands on experience with both relaxation and therapeutic massage, I have been able to help my clients find their pain free body! My name is Megan Crookshanks and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006. Where the session focuses after that depends on your needs. Some may wish to concentrate on upper body issues like neck and shoulders. Others may find a full body experience with more of the session time used on their individual problem area more beneficial. I find adding stretches and movement along with swedish and myofascial release techniques effective for deep, long lasting relief.
