Aiming to bridge eastern wellness approaches to the west, it provides accessible alternatives to health and wellness. Massage and Flo aims to provide alternative approaches for longevity and vitality all while creating a sanctuary for those needing healing physically and emotionally. Made up of only hand selected therapists and instructors this space has something to offer for all. Appointments are encouraged.
