Timberland Therapeutics LLC offers Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR). I am Tammy Walsh, I have training in the John F. Barnes techniques of MFR. I began this Modality of massage in 2021 so I could help others find light at the end of the tunnel of their pain. I enjoy helping people gain their mobility back. MFR is a gentle touch therapy, and it works on your connective tissue AKA fascia. I opened the office in downtown Crosslake in January 2024 and look forward to serving the larger community. I will continue to offer in-home appointments to those with mobility issues, because my office does not have an elevator for you (pricing varies). I may do I accept payments of cash, check, and Venmo at this time.
