Traditional Thai Bodywork is rooted in Thai element theory and provides a holistic approach to the body; addressing the physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of our being. Techniques such as Thai deep tissue, passive range of motion, stretches, cupping, scraping and herbal therapies are used to release bound tissue and open movement in the body. Fully clothed sessions are based on the needs of the individual client and range from whole body to spot specific work. Sessions are by appointment only. Same day sessions not available.
